At Help On The Way, we take our role very seriously as providers of services to developmentally disabled individuals. We hold ourselves to the highest standards in supporting and helping individuals and their families reach their goals. In an effort to provide the highest quality care, we have implemented corporate compliance protocols to help ensure that we achieve our mission.

 

What is Corporate Compliance?

Corporate Compliance is a code of conduct, activities and internal controls that promote the prevention, detection, reporting and resolution of conduct that is illegal or which does not conform to HOTW, policies and/or procedures.

Reporting compliance related concerns.

If you witness any suspicious activity or inappropriate conduct, please report the incident or your concerns to our Compliance Department. The Compliance Officer and it staffs has the responsibility of reviewing and evaluating all questions and issues reported. Reports may be made in person, by telephone number, 718.484.7810 Extension 222, that has been established for direct and anonymous reporting of concerns or by sending a letter to the attention of the Compliance Officer c/o Help ON The Way, 1338 Southern Boulevard Bronx, NY 10459.
