Help On The Way, Inc

Help On The Way was created out of the idea that each person has the potential for growth and personal development regardless of their disability. Further, we believe that each person is entitled to a meaningful life and should be empowered to pursue his/her life goals and aspirations.

Help On The Way was founded in 2006 through a collaboration between the NYS Office For People With Developmental Disabilities, professionals, parents and individuals with developmental disabilities. Our goal was and continues to be to meet the needs of the unserved, underserved and distressed communities by providing the services and resources necessary in order to meet the need of our community and break the barriers of fear, discrimination and ignorance.

Help On The Way is a multicultural not-for-profit human service organization committed to help individuals with developmental disabilities to develop to their fullest potential and lead them to meaningful and enriched lives.
